Darth Vader UK is based in the Southwest of the UK.

Darth Vader UK will travel the length and breadth of the UK, excluding Nothern Ireland.

A chosen package that includes one appearance up to a maximum of two hours. Any estimated travel and/or accommodation expenses. Note: Quotations are calculated on the location of an event, time of the year (e.g. bank holidays) and any other specific client requirements requested and agreed with DarthVaderUK.

After you have submitted your enquiry and discussed any additional requirements via an email thread, a contract will be supplied once all parties are in agreement.

A 30% non-refundable deposit will be required and detailed on your booking contract. The booking will only be secured once the deposit has been paid in full. Note: Payment terms and conditions will be supplied in your contract.

Please ensure the following is available: Point of Contact An organiser or point of contact must be available throughout the duration of the visit. Set up time A two hour window before the start of any event to allow DarthVaderUK to change and set up. Changing Room Secure changing facilities/room (with tables/work surface) to be provided within easy access of the event and away from the general public. Power Supply A twin 240v wall socket to be in the close proximity to the performing area. Safety Upon arrival, DarthvaderUK will require a safety walk-through of the premise to include fire exits/fire escapes and assembly points.

A public liability insurance certificate can be made available upon request.

All deposits are non refundable. If you wish to cancel your booking within 30 days of your event: The following fees will apply: 100% of the balance
